Tuesday, CJ had her first dental cleaning and it went so smoothly! She sat there like it was an everyday thing for her. Yeah! I doubt Syd will be this easy next year.

JD had another track meet here at home and he ran a 5:47 mile! It was good enough for 2nd place. This is his fastest mile yet. Good job buddy!
